The cuisine that the expert hands of Rebecca offer to you is made of dishes with simple and genuine ingredients from the Umbrian and Lake Trasimeno tradition.
The gastronomic specialties that we offer vary from season to season, based on what the land has to offer: many of the ingredients you will find in our dishes come directly from our farm located near the farmhouse.
We offer to our guests breakfasts, lunches, dinners and tastings that includes traditional dishes or revisited specialties.
